The restaurant is a tribute to great-grandmother Julia. We only work with daily fresh supplies, bought in person at the Flemish Fish Auction, from the very best ships and fishing grounds'. Chef Michael Yates runs the kitchen and Frank Desmet (ex-fisherman) mans the Oyster & Fruits de Mer-bar. Be surprised by our 'Catch of the Day' suggestions.
