How do I register for the accommodation in Camp Oostduinkerke?
Registrations start on 29 April 2024. The online registration form must be fully completed by 1 August 2024. For assistance, please contact the Tourism Department on 058 51 29 10 or toerisme@koksijde.be.
Please note! You are only registered after receiving the registration form and payment.
How to transfer?
- Deposit the amount before 1 August 2024 on IBAN BE26 0680 4553 2029 - BIC GKCCBEBB
- with the following message: "number of persons + name contact person of registration".
Formulas
- overnight only = €125 per pitch for 5 nights (Monday 19 to Saturday 24 August 2024)
- overnight stay + breakfast buffet from Tuesday to Friday = €125 per pitch + €60 per person (for breakfast)
- overnight stay + breakfast buffet + packed lunch from Tuesday to Friday = €125 per pitch + €120 per person (for breakfast and lunch)
- additional breakfast buffet on Saturday morning = €15 per person
Upon registration at the camp, you will receive an envelope containing the number of your pitch and any receipts for breakfast buffet and/or packed lunch.
Pitches
- small tent = max. 4 x 4 m and max. 2 persons
- large tent = max. 5 x 6 m and max. 4 persons
- caravan = max. 5 x 6 m and max. 2 persons
- mobile home = max. 6 x 7 m and max. 4 persons
About the camp
- Location: Sportpark Hazebeek Oostduinkerke, Hazebeekstraat 2 to 8, 8670 Oostduinkerke.
- The camp consists only of pitches for private tents, mobile homes and caravans; there are no large sleeping tents.
- Each participant brings their own sleeping bag, pillow and/or blankets.
- Electricity is included (1 plug per registration), but you should bring your own sufficiently long extension wire (20m).
- There is no possibility of discharge for the mobile homes/caravans.
- Pick-up point for the buses to the start of the walking days is provided daily at St Nicholas Church, but only accessible on presentation of a valid boarding pass. Registration at www.vierdaagse.be.
- Sports park facilities:
o changing rooms with communal showers
o toilets
o wash basins with cold water - Dogs are not allowed.
Access and opening hours
The camp will be open from Monday 19 August at noon until Saturday 24 August 2024 at noon. By then, everyone must also have left the camp.
Changing rooms and showers:
- Monday 19 August: 2 changing rooms with communal showers open from 12 noon to 8pm
- Tuesday 20 to Friday 23 August:
o 4 changing rooms with communal showers open daily from 06:00 to 20:00
o 2 changing rooms with communal showers open daily from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. - Saturday 24 August: 2 changing rooms with communal showers open from 08.00 to 10.00 am
1 changing room with washbasin will be open permanently (i.f. brushing teeth etc.) and a washbasin will also be placed outside for this purpose (cold water only). The toilets will also be open permanently.
Catering
The breakfast buffet and packed lunch during the hiking days, as well as the extra breakfast buffet on Saturday morning 24 August 2024, can be optionally booked at registration. Breakfast can be consumed either in the canteen, on the terrace, or in the camp.
Content:
- Breakfast buffet: 2 pistolets, 1 biscuit, white/brown bread, cheese, ham, cold meats (a different kind every day), jam, chocolate, honey, honey cake, butter, 1 piece of fruit, 1 yoghurt, coffee, tea, hot chocolate.
- Packed lunch: 2 pistolets, 2 biscuits, white/brown bread, cheese, ham, cold meats (a different kind every day), jam, chocolate, honey, honey cake, butter, 1 piece of fruit, 1 yoghurt, 1 can of soft drink or chocolate milk or fristi.
No hot evening meals are provided at the camp. However, there will be food available in Sport & Eetcafé De Hazebeek, located in the sports hall (this can be registered and paid for separately on site) or in the local catering industry: www.visitkoksijde.be/en/buy-eat-and-drink-local-restaurants.
